System Administrator — IT Engineer — IT Manager

We are looking for a Systems Administrator engineer with strong knowledge in Linux, Shell/Python scripting, AWS, VPN configurations and Networking. Knowledge of telecommunications is desirable. We’re expanding rapidly and searching for a talented Systems Administrator to join our international team. If you’re passionate about Linux, databases, networks, and emerging technologies, this could be your next exciting role!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and improve our technical infrastructure
- Handle product installations for our customers
- Manage and monitor client deployments
- Implement and optimize automation solutions using both traditional and AI-assisted approaches
- Develop and enhance monitoring systems with AI-powered predictive capabilities
- Create intelligent deployment scripts that learn from past implementations
What We Need
- 4+ years of experience in systems administration, installation, and monitoring
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS environments
- Solid scripting abilities in Shell or Python
- Experience with backup management and VPN configurations
- Fluent English (you’ll be working with colleagues across Europe)
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Based in Spain
- Interest in working with AI tools to enhance system operations

Java Developer

Summa Networks develops and delivers state-of-the-art telecom products to meet the higher requirements of carriers. Our flagship product, NextGen HSS, is a full-featured converged HSS and HLR on top of a unified subscriber database, implementing LTE HSS, IMS HSS and HLR based on Rel-15 of the 3GPP standards — especially well suited for IoT and enabling smooth interworking between 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G.
We are expanding our business and to reinforce our team we are currently looking for an inspired and motivated Java Developer.
The Role
- You will collaborate in the design and development of our flagship product, NextGen HLR/HSS.
- You will create and maintain product documentation.
- You will research and recommend new approaches in development methodologies and techniques.
- You will study and implement various telecom interfaces and protocols.
What We Need
- You are an inspired and motivated Java Developer with at least 3 years of experience.
- You have knowledge of Linux as it is the main operating system used in the company.
- You have experience in version control (Git, SVN).
- Your English is fluent since you will be working in an international team spread out across Europe.
- Automated testing experience with JUnit or TestNG.
- You are proactive and eager to learn.
- You are based in Spain.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IoC (Guice and Spring Boot).
- Experience in Java Design Patterns.
- Good knowledge of Hibernate.
- Multi-threading.
